We are taking action to ensure the health and well-being of our guests, team, and partners by implementing the highest standards of health and safety policies and protocol in our operations.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING + GUEST HEALTH
All guests will be asked to sign off and acknowledge they are symptom-free prior to Check-In. Hotel guests are required to wear masks while in public areas and common spaces (disposable masks available upon request). While on property, guests are advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from staff and other groups of people. Please be respectful of others while sharing the property and common spaces. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be located at building entrances.
EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND SAFETY
Our team members completed a COVID-19 screening procedure and sign-off in order to resume regular work duties and are required to complete a self-administered temperature check at home (<100 °F temperature) before being permitted to enter the property. Our team has been trained on COVID-19 information and how to prevent the illness from spreading, how to identify symptoms, and best practices for proper handwashing techniques. All staff will be wearing masks and gloves in the workplace.
GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS AND PUBLIC PLACES
White Water uses cleaning products and protocols which meet EPA guidelines and are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and blood borne pathogens. This includes the use of hospital grade disinfectants. In addition we have provided each guest room with disinfectant wipes to be used as an extra precaution.
Housekeeping attendants will be wearing masks as well as disposable gloves, disposing of them after each room service. Our cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces. Please inquire with the Guest Services Team should you request to have any amenity items temporarily removed from your room, such as glassware or decorative furnishings.
BREAKFAST AND COFFEE
Our continental breakfast has been modified for in-room delivery. Each morning our team will deliver local HoneyCo. Coffee Roasters coffee to your door, along with fresh pastries.
